Scope and methodology
Amounts are disclosed as ranges, not exact values. Each record shows when the trade happened and when it was disclosed.
Records come from periodic transaction reports (PTRs) filed with the House Clerk and the Senate Office of Public Records. Owner is who held the asset as filed: the member, a spouse, a dependent child or jointly. Days to disclose counts the days between the trade and the disclosure date. The STOCK Act generally requires disclosure within 45 days of the trade; only intervals over 45 days are marked as past that limit, and that is not a finding of noncompliance.
Assets without a ticker (bonds, funds, private holdings) are listed with their filed description.
