    Rule: MAR Article 19

    Transactions by managers (PDMRs) and their closely associated persons: who, role, acquisition or disposal, instrument, quantity, price, date and venue.

    Extracted from issuer announcements. The public search reaches five years back from today, so the oldest month moves forward over time.

  • Major holdings

    Rule: Major shareholder announcements, Danish Capital Markets Act

    Voting-rights notifications when a holder crosses a threshold (the first is 5%): holder, issuer, date, and voting rights and shares after the change.

    Rule: Short Selling Regulation, public from 0.5%

    Public net short positions of 0.5% of issued share capital or more: holder, issuer, ISIN, position and position date.

    Rule: ESEF annual financial reports

    An index of annual financial reports: issuer, publication date and the original filing. Financial statements are not extracted.

    Issuer, date and a link to the original announcement. Documents are not re-hosted.
