  • Insider dealings (PDMR)

    Rule: MAR Article 19

    Transactions by managers (PDMRs) and their closely associated persons: who, role, acquisition or disposal, instrument, quantity, price, date and venue.

    Prices and quantities are shown as the AFM publishes them, to two decimals.

  • Major holdings

    Rule: Substantial holdings, Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wft)

    Voting-rights notifications when a holder crosses a threshold (the first is 3%): holder, issuer, date, and voting rights and shares after the change.

    Rule: Short Selling Regulation, public from 0.5%

    Public net short positions of 0.5% of issued share capital or more: holder, issuer, ISIN, position and position date.

    An index of annual financial reports: issuer, publication date and the original filing. Financial statements are not extracted.
